We provide expertise in both physical and mental approaches to stress management whilst crucially helping individuals build their own resilience to stress.
Stress is a huge problem for businesses today and yet it can be a very sensitive area to tackle for both the organisation and the individuals involved.
It can be hard for organisations to accept they have problems with stress amongst their employees; whilst many employees don’t wish to own up to feeling stressed for fear of appearing unable to cope.
Prolonged periods of stress, however, can be hugely destructive to the individual, their team members and the business; whilst research has proven time and again that early intervention can pay huge dividends.
We therefore take a very flexible approach to our stress management programmes, taking into close consideration the nature of the business we are dealing with, the general attitude to stress within the company, at what level the problems lie and so on.
In many instances, we don’t even mention the word stress at all.
