Sam Fuller has extensive experience working with leaders and teams as a health and wellbeing expert and trainer. Her initial 4 year training was with the highly acclaimed Institute of Optimum Nutrition. After 6 years of clinical nutrition, working with many stressed and unwell businesspeople, she realised the vast benefits that her knowledge and expertise could bring to the workplace and so, in 2007, she launched The Wellbeing Project.

Sam is a certified RSPH (Royal Society of Public Health) Trainer and a Consultant to Nuffield Hospitals, Ella’s Kitchen and Proactive Corporate Health. She is accredited by BANT (British Association of Applied Nutritional Therapy) and the NTC (Nutritional Therapy Council) and is also a member of the NHS Directory of Complementary and Alternative Practitioners. She is regarded as an authority on health & wellbeing providing live expert health advice to BBC Radio Berkshire.

Theresa Coligan

Theresa Coligan comes from a business background having spent 18 years in the advertising industry, 10 of those at board level. She understands the pressures of working in a highly stressful industry as an employee, the challenges of leading and motivating big teams and the commercial pressures of satisfying stakeholders and shareholders.

Theresa is a certified Coach, a Master Practitioner in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and a certified RSPH (Royal Society of Public Health) Trainer. Prior to joining The Wellbeing Project she ran a highly successful consultancy coaching hundreds of executives and business owners, running innovative, engaging workshops and facilitating high energy brainstorms and strategy days. She is also an expert in health behaviour change, stress management and weight loss.

In addition to our core directors, we have a carefully selected group of over 50 professionals, each experts in their own areas, whose strengths bring the best possible advice and support. Our level of expertise sets us apart from any of the competition.
